Privacy policy

Hyakki Hanafuda Studio (provider: Rikuto Yasuda) describes here how information is handled in the game Hyakki Hanafuda and on this support site.
Information in the game
Hyakki Hanafuda does not send your game progress or settings to the provider's servers. It has no behavioral analytics run by the provider and no online accounts. The game does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or microphone data.
Sound and animation settings, suspended matches and runs, run history and unlocked decks are saved within the app. They let you resume play and keep your settings and records. Before saving, the game checks the available storage on your device; if there is not enough, it stops the write and offers a retry. Storage information is used only to protect saves and is not sent elsewhere.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
On iPhone, the game shows full-screen ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), an advertising service of Google LLC.
- Ads appear only after your first run, when a run is over and you close the result screen. Ads never appear during a match or a run.
- Until you finish your first run, the ad features are not started and no information is sent to Google.
- Devices that played a version from before ads were added (before version 1.0.1) never show ads, and the ad features are never started on them.
- To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google processes: device identifiers (including the advertising identifier if you allow tracking), approximate location estimated from your IP address, information about the ads shown and tapped, and diagnostic data about the app's performance and crashes.
- The game may ask for permission to track on iOS. You can play without allowing it; if you do not allow it, the advertising identifier is not used. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
- In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, you can make choices about ads in Google's consent form. You can change them later in the game under Credits → Privacy → Ad choices.
For how Google handles information, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Retention and deletion
Saved information remains on your device until it is overwritten or the app is deleted. “End run” ends the current run; it does not delete all past records and settings. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Device backups and their deletion or restoration follow your operating system's settings.
Backups, diagnostics and purchase history handled by your device or app store follow those services' settings and privacy policies. They are separate from information collected by the game.
Support emails
If you contact us by email, we receive your reply address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply, investigate problems and provide support. We do not use inquiry information for advertising or to track users. We keep it as long as needed to respond and confirm, and delete it appropriately when it is no longer needed. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry information, contact us at the address below.
Email delivery and storage involve the email services in use. Information handled by each service, including the sender's own email service, follows that service's policy.
This site
This site has no ads, analytics or forms that send personal information. It is served by GitHub Pages; when you visit, GitHub may process your IP address and connection information from your browser to deliver pages and keep them secure. Game save data is never sent to this site.
Changes and contact
If features or the handling of information change, we will update this page and show the date of the last update.
